  • I already have an account with Elecspess, how do i get my login details?

Send an email to web@elecspess.com.au and your login details will be forwarded to you.


  • I prefer to do my orders by fax, do you have a suitable fax order form?

  • What if I need to return goods?

Goods will only be accepted for credit if returned to ELECSPESS Pty Ltd, in original packaging and condition, within 21 days of invoicing, showing:
• Invoice Number
• Date of purchase
• Description of goods
• A restocking fee may apply


  • I have a warranty issue, what are your warranty terms?

All parts distributed by ELECSPESS Pty Ltd are guaranteed against defective material or workmanship. Failure of damage arising from faulty or incorrect fitting will not be warranted by ELECSPESS Pty Ltd. ELECSPESS Pty Ltd disclaims any liability for labour costs or other damaged parts due to failure of parts supplied by ELECSPESS Pty Ltd or subsidiaries. All goods sold carry the warranty of the individual manufacturer or re-builder. In compliance with normal trade practices, we reserve the right to adjudicate on behalf of the manufacturer or re-builder. Wherever possible, the individual manufacturer’s or re-builder’s warranty policy will be adhered to.


Goods must be returned, freight pre-paid, to our warehouse showing:
• Description of goods
• Proof of purchase
• Date of installation
• Description of complaint (“Faulty” or similar indecisive term will not be accepted as a legitimate complaint description)
Failure to advise on the above, could result in non-acceptance of claim.
