ACCOUNTS
  • I would like to open an account with Auto Cable and Accessories, what do i need to do?

    If you would like to apply for a  customer account please download the form here and fax it to 07-3161 5269.

     

  • I already have an account with Auto Cable and Accessories, how do i get my login details?

Send an email to sales@autocable.com.au and your login details will be forwarded to you.

 

ORDERING
  • How do I place my orders?

Ordering is made easy either by Phone, Email or online through your account login.

 

FREIGHT
  • What freight companies do you dispatch with?

We have scheduled pickups with the following freight company's

 

 

 

  • Can I pick up my order?

WARRANTY
  • What if I need to return goods?

Goods will only be accepted for credit if returned to Auto Cable and Accessories, in original packaging and condition, within 21 days of invoicing, showing:
• Invoice Number
• Date of purchase
• Description of goods
• A restocking fee may apply

 

  • I have a warranty issue, what are your warranty terms?

All parts distributed by Auto Cable and Accessories are guaranteed against defective material or workmanship. Failure of damage arising from faulty or incorrect fitting will not be warranted by Auto Cable and Accessories. Auto Cable and Accessories disclaims any liability for labour costs or other damaged parts due to failure of parts supplied by Auto Cable and Accessories or subsidiaries. All goods sold carry the warranty of the individual manufacturer or re-builder. In compliance with normal trade practices, we reserve the right to adjudicate on behalf of the manufacturer or re-builder. Wherever possible, the individual manufacturer’s or re-builder’s warranty policy will be adhered to.

 

Goods must be returned, freight pre-paid, to our warehouse showing:
• Description of goods
• Proof of purchase
• Date of installation
• Description of complaint (“Faulty” or similar indecisive term will not be accepted as a legitimate complaint description)
Failure to advise on the above, could result in non-acceptance of claim.
